User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars FILTER REVIEW
I ordered these filters because I wasnted the name brand, instead of one of the copies, considering where a lot of things are being made, I just don’t trust the wannabes.

5 Stars Quality product and save money
Amazon shipped the filter as their posted and take a 7-day to arrival after placing the order. It is expected since I use a free shipping.

It is a annually replacement item in the refrigerator. This a quality product and save money by order it from Amazon that comparing to buy it from a local store.

5 Stars Exactly like the filter that came with our refrigerator.
These filters are just what our fridge calls for but at a lower price than Sears, Lowe’s or Home Depot. Will definitely buy again – good seller!

5 Stars Refrigerator Water Filter
The item was received expeditiously and the price was competitive. I would use this provider again.

4 Stars 4396805 VS. 4396810
It isn’t clear on this website or on the Kitchenaid site what the actual difference is, and this is made worse because it appears the description for 4396805 is NOT correct on Amazon. One part of the description says Class II particulates and another part lists Class I. I am not an engineer or chemist, but I have an actual box from Kitchenaid that compares the two side-by-side, and the 4396810 removes smaller particles and more stuff (like asbestos and turbidity). Nowhere do I find a micron size for the two filters, but somewhere I read it only a 1micron filter can remove cysts (bacteria like Giardia?), but that the smaller the filter, the slower the flow of water.
