5 Stars great water, no problems
We got this pitcher to replace an old, old one we’d be using for years (one of the square footprint ones).
While the old one had numerous minor problems, this one is great. The only remotely frustrating thing is that, sometimes while pouring, my thumb’ll rest on the tab to open the hatch on the top, popping it open. That’s the extent of the trouble. It doesn’t cause any more severe problem, like dumping water everywhere, and the whole lid doesn’t fall off the way it does on some other filtration pitchers (brita or otherwise).

I love this pitcher, space-saving and very economical! I no longer have to buy water from the grocery! It’s so easy to use and very convenient!
1 Star Like frustration?
What good is it when it falls apart every third time you use it????? Horribly designed. Ultimately threw it out. Will not buy another from this company. They evidently didn’t test it or if they did, didn’t care that it was highly prone to simply falling apart in front of your very eyes without any urging whatsoever. Like getting slapped in the face.
If you want frustration, I urge you to buy it and see what happens.

I love my Brita. You get fresh bottled water taste without the waste of plastic bottles. I like that this model has the meter on top to let you know when it is time to change the filter. I use it every day to fill my reusable water bottle and I have saved a ton of money not buying cases of water. I feel I am helping the environment by not using plastic bottles.

I’m extremly happy with this product. I heard that Brita was a brand that consumers could trust, but this is the first time that I own a Brita Pitcher and I love it!
